Traditional annual performance reviews can be a dreaded time of the year for both managers and their people. Aura Perform and MSC check-ins

MSC’s the intuitive approach to set and record monthly goals to help your employees manage and complete critical deliverables. 10-15 minute discussion held at the beginning and end of each month between an employee and their line manager and goals will be set at the beginning of the month and then reviewed for completion at the end of the month.

Must do’s are actions that an employee must carry out in the next 4 weeks for them to be meeting the requirements of their core deliverables.
Should Do’s: In addition to must do’s, should do's are other actions the employee could be doing to get ready for next month or the months ahead.
Could Do’s: Could Do’s are actions that the employee can do to go above and beyond.

As official Moodle and Totara Partners, we have made it easy to integrate these platforms with Aura Talent and Aura Perform, however, it is not essential for all projects.

The OCD framework focuses on the implementation of the following key components – Objectives, Competencies and Development. It creates a weightless approach to the management of your employee’s performance, allowing them to take the reins of their personal development and career.

A process of regular check-ins called Must-Dos, Should Dos and Could Dos provides the organisation with real-time performance results by automating the end of the year appraisal process and reporting.

Must do’s are actions that an employee must carry out in the next 4 weeks for them to be meeting the requirements of their core deliverables. They tend to be tangible and short-term. An employee will have circa. Four must do’s a month.

Should Do’s: In addition to must do’s, should do’s are other actions the employee could be doing to get ready for next month or the months ahead. An employee can agree to circa. two should do’s a month.

Could Do’s: Actions that the employee can do to go above and beyond, in addition to the must do’s and should do’s to set their achievements out from the rest truly. An employee may add only one could do a month.
